I am a certified yoga teacher and I have been teaching regular and specialised classes in Vevey Switzerland for the past 4 years. I draw on classical yoga systems, an inheritance of the parampara (succession of knowledge from one guru to the next).
I have been studying from different systems (Sivananda yoga, classical Hatha, Jivamukti yoga and Ashtanga yoga) and am exposed to various teachers: Gregor Maehle, Ramesh Kumar, Amanda Denton and my friend Stewart Gilchrist.
